Christmas New Year Trees And An Elf

Christmas is a very important day

because that is when Jesus Christ
was born. Christmas is a national
holiday celebrated all around the
world even though they might
celebrate a little differently.

A few days or weeks before
Christmas you decorate your house
. My family puts up a Christmas
tree, hangs stockings, etc... Also a
few weeks before Christmas, Santa
sends an elf to watch to see if you
are good or bad. A tradition my
family does is we go to grandma’s
house on Christmas Eve and have
a party with family and friends . We
also play games . So then, when it
is Christmas only my uncles, aunts,
and Grandma come to our house.

My family also does 25 days of Christmas and advent . Advent is where
you light candles every week on Sunday. The 25 days of Christmas

tradition is a little house that has activities in it and you do the activities
each day until Christmas.

On Christmas day, we celebrate Jesus’s birth and know the true meaning
of Christmas. At midnight Santa comes to our houses with his nine
reindeer. His reindeer are Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid,
Donner, Blitzen, and Rudolph. Then when we wake up. We see if we are
good or bad. If we are good this year we get presents and we open them.
But,if you were bad this year he gives you coal and you don’t get any
presents. I hope you enjoyed learning something about Christmas!
